1. What files are included? Can I get RAW photos? 照片包含哪些？可以要 RAW 吗？
All original photos in jpg file are included, RAW files can be purchased for an additional €50.
套餐包含全部 JPG 底片。
如需 RAW 格式底片，需另加 50 欧。
2. Deposit & Cancellation Policy？定金与取消政策是怎样的？
A deposit of ¥300 (€40) per group is required once the date is confirmed.
The remaining balance is paid on the shooting day.
50% of the deposit is refundable if canceled at least 7 days in advance.
If the shoot cannot take place due to weather conditions, we will first try to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

提前一周取消，可退 50% 定金。
因天气原因无法拍摄，优先协商改期；如无法改期，可全额退款。
3. Does travel time count? What if the client is late? 时间是如何计算的？如果迟到怎么办？
Travel time between locations counts toward the shooting duration.
The schedule will not be extended if the client arrives late.
景点之间的通勤时间计入套餐时间内。
若客户迟到，拍摄时间不顺延。
4. Will my photos be used publicly?照片会被公开使用吗？
Photos may be used as portfolio samples online.
Please inform us in advance if you have privacy concerns or special editing requirements, i.e.covering your child's face.
照片可能作为客片样本发布网络。
如有隐私需求或特殊修图要求，请提前告知，例如遮挡您的孩子脸部。

5. What Is Not Included? 套餐不包含哪些内容？
The package price does not include
beauty-retouched photos, transportation/taxi fees, entrance tickets, or makeup and styling services.
套餐价格不包含：
精修美颜照片、打车费/交通费、景点门票、化妆与造型。
6. What payment methods are accepted? Can I get an invoice? 支持哪些支付方式？可以开发票吗？

7. When and how will the photos be delivered? 交片时间与方式是怎样的？
JPG original photos will be delivered within 2 days after the shoot, 15–20 color-graded preview photos are included.
The edited photos promised in the package will be delivered within 7–10 days.
Photos will be sent via Baidu Cloud or WeTransfer with a download link valid for 2 months.
