I felt an unexpected sense of belonging during my first trip to Europe — it was in Vienna, back in 2016. That feeling stayed with me, and not long after, I decided to move to Hungary to study. I was already 32 at the time, starting a new chapter and hoping to build a life here as an immigrant.

I’ve loved drawing since I was a child, but over time I found another way to express how I see the world — through photography. In 2018, I received my first DSLR as a gift from one of my best friends — a Canon 600D — and started experimenting with portrait photography. At first, I took pictures of close friends just for fun, but gradually, people around me began asking for shoots — and even offered to pay me.

For a while, I really enjoyed it. But then life got busy with school, graduation, and of course, the pandemic hit. Everything was put on pause.

In 2024, I picked up my camera again — and this time, I made the decision to stick with it. Photography isn’t just a hobby anymore; it’s something I want to pursue seriously. And the rest, as they say, is history.
